Midterm Exam Information
Midterm Exams are scheduled for December 15th, December 18th, and December 19th. Exam Dates are scheduled well in advance of the exams and can be found both in email communications as well as the school calendar. Only in the case of a medical emergency or a death in the immediate family (other extenuating circumstances will be considered by the administration on an individual basis) will the administration excuse a student from taking an exam on the scheduled date. In the event of a make up exam, a fee of $100 dollars per exam will be assessed to the student. Make up exams cannot be taken before the exam date and will have to be made up on exam make up days or when the student returns to school in January. Make up exam days are scheduled for December 20th and December 21st. In the event a student will not be attending one of the exam days, the student must contact Mrs. Lavender in advance to make arrangements.
As a reminder, students must be current on tuition payments and have no outstanding obligations to take exams.
